Early type, producing large, 3 to 6" globe-shaped bulbs with amazingly mild, sweet flavor. A long-day variety, it grows best in states north of the 37th parallel.

These seeds were harvested from a hardy, fully mature plant that was organically grown with no pesticide or herbicide use.

Sow outdoors as soon as soil can be worked. Mature in 115 days. Can be grown in any zone as long as plenty of sunshine and warm weather for the plant to mature.
