Prizehead Leaf Lettuce, 200+ Seeds NON-GMO Organically Grown

Despite its name, it is a non-heading, leaf or loose-headed lettuce variety. The leaves are upright, deeply curled, broad, and light green with a slight reddish blush on the tips. Along with being quick to harvest, it is a fine sort and is slow to bolt to seed.

These seeds were harvested from a hardy, fully mature plant that was organically grown with no pesticide or herbicide use.

Start seeds outdoors as soon as ground can be worked. Cool weather plant can be grown spring and fall. Can also be grown indoors in containers, in a sun room, or on a patio. Mature in 55 days.
