Long Island Improved Brussel Sprout, 25+ Seeds NON-GMO Organically Grown

A single stalk of this variety can bear 50-100 dark-green Brussels sprouts (florets) over an extended period. Compact plants produce sturdy spikes with edible florets that mature from the bottom up and take on sweeter tones after a light frost. Will grow well in most regions of the United States but prefers a long, cool summer season.

These seeds were harvested from a hardy, fully mature plant that was organically grown with no pesticide or herbicide use.

Start seeds outdoors as soon as ground can be worked. Cool weather plant can be grown spring and fall. Can also be grown indoors in containers, in a sun room, or on a patio. Mature in 80-115 days.
