Casper Eggplant, 20 Seeds NON-GMO Organically Grown

This white skinned eggplant produces early 6-10 inch long fruit. Casper has a succulent mushroom-like flavor. When picked small, skin can be eaten.

These seeds were harvested from a hardy, fully mature plant that was organically grown with no pesticide or herbicide use, grown from certified organic seeds.

Start seeds indoors 8-10 weeks before transplant date. Do not transplant outdoors until all danger of frost is past. Can also be grown indoors in containers, in a sun room, or on a patio. Mature in 70-90 days. Can be grown in any zone as long as plenty of sunshine and warm weather for the plant to mature.
