Cow pea, also known as black-eyed peas or southern bean. Cow peas are easy to grow, colorful, and tasty. They tolerate heat, drought, and humidity much better than common beans do.

These seeds were harvested from a hardy, fully mature plant that was organically grown with no pesticide or herbicide use.

Start seeds outdoors after danger of frost is past. Can also be grown indoors in containers, in a sun room, or on a patio. Soak seeds overnight for easier germination. Mature in 70 days.
