A tender, mildly spicy, Japanese mustard green that is milder than other mustards and ready to harvest in as little as 3 weeks as tender baby greens. Beautiful and prolific, it withstands heat longer than lettuce without bolting.

These seeds were harvested from a hardy, fully mature plant that was organically grown with no pesticide or herbicide use.

Start seeds outdoors as soon as ground can be worked. Cool weather plant can be grown spring and fall. Can also be grown indoors in containers, in a sun room, or on a patio. Mature in 21-35 days.
