Considered one of the mildest of the chili peppers, Pimentos are commonly used as the filling inside green olives, in the making of pimento cheese and stuffed to be served as an appetizer. Maturing from green to bright red, Pimento Peppers are also known as cherry peppers because of their red color and round shape.

Start seeds indoors 8-10 weeks before transplant date. Do not transplant outdoors until all danger of frost is past. Can also be grown indoors in containers, in a sun room, or on a patio. Mature in 80 days. Can be grown in any zone as long as plenty of sunshine and warm weather for the plant to mature.
