Tatsoi is an ancient Asian non-heading mustard green in the cabbage family. Emerald spoon-shaped leaves form a compact rosette. Fast growing and vigorous. Mild flavor gets sharper as the leaves mature. Tatsoi can be harvested as a young tender leaf or wait for maturity. Mature in 25-45 days.

These seeds were harvested from a hardy, fully mature plant that was organically grown with no pesticide or herbicide use.

Start seeds outdoors as soon as ground can be worked. Cool weather plant can be grown spring and fall. Can also be grown indoors in containers, in a sun room, or on a patio. Mature in 80-115 days.
