Plant produces medium to large upright, light green leaves. The mild and flavorful leaves are frilled and crisp. It is slow to bolt and can be grown later in the spring than most other varieties.

These seeds were harvested from a hardy, fully mature plant that was organically grown with no pesticide or herbicide use.

Start seeds outdoors as soon as ground can be worked. Cool weather plant can be grown spring and fall. Can also be grown indoors in containers, in a sun room, or on a patio. Mature in 45 days.
