Ajvarski Sweet Pepper, 15 Seeds NON-GMO Organically Grown

This is an outstanding roasting pepper from Eastern Macedonia. Two-foot, stocky plants are covered in 6 to 8-inch, fragrant and tasty wedge-shaped pods that start green and ripen to deep, rich red. Thick-walled, sweet and intensely aromatic pepper superb for grilling. Traditionally roasted, peeled, and ground to make relish called Ajvar. Very hard to find seeds.

These seeds were harvested from a hardy, fully mature plant that was organically grown with no pesticide or herbicide use.

Start seeds indoors 8-10 weeks before transplant date. Do not transplant outdoors until all danger of frost is past. Can also be grown indoors in containers, in a sun room, or on a patio. Mature in 80 days. Can be grown in any zone as long as plenty of sunshine and warm weather for the plant to mature.
